Artichoke
Haven't planted one yet this year, but am excited to revisit their majestic silvery-ness. Artichokes have been on my mind.
(March 10th edit: I got artichoke starts! 3 of them in one pot! I haven't decided where they are going yet or what to do about the aphids, I think I read that nasturtiums are a bait plant for aphids, maybe will plant those nearby. A fig tree went in the ground yesterday, along with a few succulents and an agave, maybe it was agave amaricana, a start from a friend's yard)
